Sunny living: In the southeast of Berlin BUWOG Immobilien Treuhand GmbH has launched the first rentals of 104 apartments in the “sunny side” ensemble.
The new "sunny side" development consists of six apartment buildings arranged around a green interior courtyard with children's play areas and recreational facilities for every generation. With three floors plus a staggered floor, the ensemble is located in the Berlin district of Treptow-Köpenick between the banks of the Dahme and Regattastraße.
